Welcome to Jenny Rigg Martial Arts & Fitness

Jenny is a 4th degree black belt in Hawaiian Kenpo and Owner of Jenny Rigg Martial Arts & Fitness.

In 1998 Jenny was promoted to black belt under Chuck Cordova, 7th degree Black Belt and Owner of Peoples Kenpo karate. During her past 17 years of training she has competed in numerous local tournaments and national tournaments taking many titles home. During her high school years she took a step back from the tournaments to travel with Westernaires, a precision horse mounted drill team, doing shows all over the western states. Jenny attended Metropolitian State College of Denver and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.


Since Jenny was in middle school her dream was to open a karate school. Her strengths include helping people achieve the goals they set for themselves, motivating people to push themselves to their personal best. She has an intense passion for teaching people of all ages.
